A beautiful sunny day here in Hua Hin. Great weather to do a drone fly over of the outstanding progress made on Mali Prestige in just 2 years & 3 months. A total of 79 plots on our 9th development, our largest one to date.

More wind & rain has kept us from being able to get out on site and make a new drone video, until this morning that is! The sun finally came out of hiding and the rain stayed away long enough for Mavis to take to the skies to get some new pictures & video for you all to see.

Mali Prestige | A Journey Through Time
If you stand on an empty piece of land, at the start of a development, and there are only a handful of villas that are under construction, it’s hard to imagine what things will look like in a few years. The same applies if you see a development near completion and wonder what it looked like before.

Mali Signature | Site Update | July 2019
It’s been a wet and windy couple of weeks here in beautiful Hua Hin, since the start of the rainy season. However, we are making amazing progress with the construction at Mali Signature. The entry road is now over 50% complete and should be finished within the next 2 weeks, we sold more properties this week, bringing our total sales now to 19 villas & 3 apartments, with 26 villas currently under construction.

Frank Bruno in Hua Hin
The first event of its kind in Hua Hin and it was an astonishing success! Frank Bruno visited our beautiful city of Hua Hin & with over 90 people in attendance. Frank spoke candidly about his life in the boxing profession and even spoke in detail about his personal life trials & tribulations. He was truly a gentleman and made sure he took time for everyone to have a talk with him and take a photograph.

9th Annual Rotary Charity Golf Tournament
We are proud to sponsor the Rotary Club of Royal Hua Hin‘s annual charity golf tournament, this is the 9th year in a row now and a very enjoyable day was had by all. A shotgun start at 12pm with many holes having 2 teams playing from them, lunch was provided by Sam Sheriff from Take 5 Sports Bar.Read more
