It’s a beautiful sunny day today & the communal park area is busy with activity. The foundations on the third block of apartments are well underway. The swimming pool has started to be tiled, and the furniture has been delivered and set out in the first block of town houses.

It’s 1 year to the day since we began construction on Mali Signature, our 10th development here in beautiful Hua Hin. The progress that has been made in that time is astounding! 36 out of 50 villas sold (over 70%) with only 14 plots left. 1 show villa for sale, 5 plots under construction & 8 plots where customers may choose their villa style.
