It’s 1 year to the day since we began construction on Mali Signature, our 10th development here in beautiful Hua Hin. The progress that has been made in that time is astounding! 36 out of 50 villas sold (over 70%) with only 14 plots left. 1 show villa for sale, 5 plots under construction & 8 plots where customers may choose their villa style.

It’s been a beautiful few days here in Hua Hin, Thailand. The progress we are making on our 4 new show villas is astounding! The garden is already finished on one of them, with just the pool to be filled and cleaned. All show villas are ahead of schedule for the grand opening at the beginning of December.
