October is here, and it’s now been about one and a half years since we began construction on Mali Signature. In that time, we have sold & built (or building) over 80% of the development. A pretty amazing feat considering the curve ball that has been thrown at the world.

The communal park area is almost fully completed! The 2 blocks of town houses, with 6 units in each block, are finished and ready for customers to move in. The third block will be completed in December.
