There may be other fees, which would be dependent on the particular development.

We do offer solar power as either an included feature or an optional extra, depending on the villa type and development. We can provide a detailed material specification list for customers when signing a reservation agreement.

Can you work with clients long distance?

We can recalculate any cost changes that would be associated with such changes, and then all legal agreements can be sent for digital signing. It is also very easy to make payments internationally to Thailand.

How long does it take to build a villa & finish a development?

For an entire development, we like to make sure that we take no longer than 2 years from the start of the first customer villa to the completion of the last. This does greatly depend on the number of villas on a development, but this time scale has been true for our last several developments.
